Hello, my name is Coke Newell and I am the founder and President of Edaphica, LLC . As the father of seven children and a 20-year veteran of corporate life I have had a lot of opportunity to see people in action as they grew and developed.
Through those decades, in dozens of ways and in hundreds of situations, I have also seen many other people marginalized, ignored, derailed and discarded by those who presumed to “lead” them. Far too much “leadership” activity, in families and in workplaces, does not merit the name nor its practitioners the title.
