The Edaphic Leadership seminars and workshops of today descend from a model developed by Coke Newell more than 15 years ago (read that story here). Developed initially as a parenting tool, the author's 10-part series on the “Foundations of Fathering” ran in more than 1100 publications in the United States , Canada , Mexico and the Caribbean . The Edaphic model has since been tested, refined and applied extensively in both family and corporate environments.
